Nice warm room with a superb bathroom, 2 extra bed, shower. Magnificent location not far from the town centre Great location as well as so many special sites around the region and including Isle of Skye, easy check-in.

It was good time in Fort William. Location: the hotel was not far from restaurants, the loch, Fort William. The view from queen room was stunningly beautiful. The staff was attentive and consistently courteous, the location was magnificent.

The noise levels between rooms are unacceptable!!! The heating issues in several rooms. Some of the room supplies were severely lacking!!!
